Registration is now open! The standard Registration Fee includes quad occupancy sleeping rooms for Friday and Saturday nights, programming and several meals (3 Saturday meals, Sunday Breakfast). Transportation and other optional activities are NOT included. Tickets to the GAP Lavender Luncheon and T-shirts can be purchased in advance with your registration. Convention costs can be paid by check or on the Internet by debit or credit card through Paypal. Registration Deadlines (postmark dates) Early Bird: May 17, 2008 Regular: July 19, 2008 Late: August 20, 2008 Registrations will not be accepted without payment. Cancellation Policy: If a sister cancels her registration by July 1st, 2008, she will receive a full refund. For registrations cancelled prior to August 15th, 2008, only 50% of the initial payment will be refunded. After August 15th, we will not be able to refund any portion of your payment.
